Return policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, ShayAccessories.com will accept returns within 7 business days of your delivery. We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out or any item that has been worn. The item must be shipped to us in it's original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping and insurance costs. 

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.

Please email info@shopshayjewelry.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order.

Special Orders or Custom Items cannot be returned.  Fine Jewelry cannot be returned unless approved ahead of time.

Processing:
We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Policy:
Shayaccessories.com offers shipping via FedEx. Please note that Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship over seas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.  For International Orders outside of Canada please contact us at info@shayaccessories.com.  Do not submit your order online.

** Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within a week of  ordering, some orders take additional time. FedEx only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

Shipping to Overseas and Canada
All orders shipped over seas and to Canada are subject to additional shipping charged based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Shay Accessories Inc and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.



All orders out of the state of California will not be charged sales Tax on their order.
